The CRM that the client was using was filled with leads that were never taken care of (there were 400+ leads in the “Incoming stage).

Result

1. These are the results we could achieve:

Leads generated – 176
Cost per lead – $5.5
Number of payments – 17
Total sales – $4095
ROAS – 423.81%

2. For the CRM what we did is:
– sorted out the incoming leads (400+)
– made rules for staff to move the leads as per the stages in the pipeline
– created scripts and templated messages, so the staff sticked to the scripts for higher sales
– created automatic messages there were sent to a client in 2 and 23 hours if no response is received from a client.
– implemented broadcasting for those who never committed to remind them about the service.
